Raised Spot Gloss Business Card Design Guidelines
Create Two files
One for the artwork, one for the Elements. The artwork file will house the main design image. CMYK color file in PDF, JPG, or TIF format. The element file will define where the element is applied on top of your design. Use 100% K to indicate where you would like the UV. White will indicate no UV. PDF file only.
Check your artwork
Printing with Elements is a unique challenge, so make sure it meets these requirements.- Text: Keep all text at 10pt or higher.
- Lines: Sharp lines need to be at 1pt or thicker.
- Imagery: Make artwork a vector PDF, photographs at 300dpi or higher
